Your resume is processed by Google's Gemini AI for parsing and analysis. The parsed data is used only within your session and is not permanently stored by JustHR after your session ends. We recommend not including sensitive personal information like Aadhaar numbers, passport numbers, or bank details in the resume you upload. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay — JustHR does not store card or UPI details.

Yes. There is an optional "Job Description" input box on the main page. If you paste the job description, the AI shifts to a targeted match analysis — showing you the percentage match, specific keywords from the JD that are missing from your resume, and prioritising weaknesses that affect your fit for that specific role. This is particularly useful when tailoring your resume for one important application.

ResumeEdge works best with PDF files. DOCX files with complex layouts (text boxes, tables) may parse with ~75% accuracy. Poor-quality scanned images or resumes with text embedded inside graphic elements may miss some fields — the manual edit modal lets you correct these before downloading. Sessions are not saved if you refresh the page. There is currently no undo button after applying an AI fix, so review each suggestion before applying it.
