Meet the Founder

Capt. Manmeet Singh

Capt. Manmeet Singh

From the Indian Army to Building People-Centric Workplaces

Capt. Manmeet Singh brings a rare blend of discipline, empathy, and leadership to the world of HR. Commissioned into the prestigious Corps of Artillery in 1991, he served in some of India’s most challenging terrains — including Siachen Glacier, Kargil, and Dras — before transitioning into the corporate world.

With a rich HR leadership journey across top-tier companies like ITC Hotels, HCL Perot Systems, and Oracle India, he witnessed firsthand how strong people practices can transform business outcomes.

In 2005, he founded JustHR to help organizations move beyond fragmented HR practices — and instead build clear, compliant, and culture-driven workplaces. Under his leadership, JustHR has grown into a trusted partner for companies across sectors, with a unique edge in veteran hiring, people development, and HR system design.

“HR isn’t just about policies and processes. It’s about people, purpose, and potential.”
